Folc, Sparkling Rosé NV

Folc was born during the first lockdown in 2020 with a view to shaking-up the UK wine scene. Doing things a little differently, they source their grapes from some of the best winegrowers on England's south coast and then make their wine in Canterbury. Already picking up multiple awards, they are quickly establishing themselves as the UK's premium rosé. A blend of classic English Sparkling varieties, Folc Sparkling Rosé NV pours a pale, vibrant pink with fine, lively bubbles. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant lift from the glass, joined by soft citrus zest and a subtle floral note. The palate is crisp and refreshing, red berry fruit, zesty acidity and a delicate creamy mousse leading to a clean, dry finish with a gentle mineral edge. Bright, elegant and effortlessly drinkable.
